If you are buying a home, if you want to know what the home inspector will report when you are selling your home, you simply must use Assure Inspections Inc. services. They are experienced, efficient, knowledgeable and capable of scaling for large commercial sales or very large homes. You don’t want to buy or sell property without them.

I had my new condo inspected three months ago. Because it didn’t work for my mom’s handicap, I’m now selling it. After my inspector left and I moved in, I discovered the intercom didn’t work. Had to replace for $350. When I asked them about this, he said they didn’t do “low voltage stuff.” What? Now that I’ve moved out after two months and gotten it “ready to sell,” the buyer’s inspector found my fireplace has a gas leak. (All my inspector did was turn it on to see if it lit and I never used it since it was summer). This should have also been found by the inspector if he did his job. Didn’t test for gas leak with simple tool (the buyer’s inspector did); didn’t test intercom (the buyer’s inspector did); didn’t tell me dryer button fell off in your hand if you touched it (and they supposedly tested the dryer). No thanks. I can go in and turn on washer, dryer, dishwasher myself. That’s about all they did. I never would have bought the place with a gas leak because now they don’t know if it can even be repaired and I’ll have a big honking dead fireplace in the corner of the room and lose about $20,000 in resale value. I had a buyer that’s now going to walk away and there was no realtor or commission involved. That’s another $10000 I’ll lose by having to list it.Not happy at all. Will never use them again. If you want important things actually checked, I’d call someone else.
