I have used Russ multiple times in the past and he has done a great job every time. He puts clients minds at ease during a home inspection and answers all questions they may have!

I was buying an “as is” property and without the expert knowledge of Russ & Sam, it would have been a mistake. The inspection and report that they gave were enough for me to back out of the contract. They had serious concerns over a few items that the seller would not fix. Everything from their inspection, pictures & suggestions for the minor fixes was so appreciated. My husband and I needed a home inspection on three separate apartment buildings. Russ and his team were on time and very thorough. They did a extremely good job and found a lot of hidden issues that I could not see with my naked eye.The home inspection reports that we received afterwards were very detailed and extremely informative. The report was very honest stating that some of the items were at building code at the time of construction but now need to be updated due to the new codes. Also within the report there were certain items that had defects but didn’t need to be replaced immediately and other items that needed immediate attention.I highly recommend them! Plus their prices are very reasonable considering the hours that they spent in the units.
