We were fortunate enough to to have had been introduced to Russ as our inspector. Very prompt, very diligent, excellent communicator and clear and articulated his observations of the inspection immediately following, followed up by his written report! He was very clean and careful not to disturb anything that was not intended. I would HIGHLY recommend!

I contacted assure home inspection, after being present at my son’s home inspection a year ago. I knew that John S. Had been thorough and knowledgeable in completing that inspection. The same was true of the inspection he recently completed for our town home purchase. He’s personable, thorough, and very knowledgeable. I would rate our experience a five, but there was one thing missed at the end (loose porch post) and when we both became aware of it, he immediately added it to our inspection as it is a safety matter. Great overall experience and I will call them soon for my existing home to help us prep for selling!

Our inspector was very thorough and was great at talking us through his findings. He took many pictures so he could refer to those throughout his explanation. I would use this service again and recommend it to others.
